The Engel family - of course we did not know Olivia, but I feel compelled to at least write this on behalf of my family. I can't imagine the pain and sorrow you are dealing with. My heart and prayers go out to you and the other families. I've always considered myself big and tough, nothing brings me down. I want you to know I cried yesterday for Olivia and the other kids/teachers who perished. God bless you and know that she is in heaven awaiting your arrival. Love, Phil Nichols
