My pledge to remember...
You don't know me, but I wanted to pass to you my heartfelt condolences. I have chosen your daughter to remember....her name is the name of a town here in Iowa. Her birthday she shares with my 9-year-old son. Her love for animals she shares with my 12-year-old daughter. I cannot begin to know your shock and pain and heartbreak. I can only offer to remember your Charlotte and honor her throughout our own lives with joy, caring and integrity....
